Thoughts on Hale Motor Group for a first-timer?

Recommended Posts

Hey all. I've been lurking for a while. Found a Sea Ray Sundancer on Hale Motor Group that looks like a great deal. I'm a bit nervous about buying a boat through an online auction without seeing it in person. Has anyone here dealt with them? Are they legit? The prices seem almost too good to be true.

You're good to go. I purchased a 2022 RAM 3500 from Hale Motor Group last year to tow my fifth wheel. The process was surprisingly transparent. What you see in the condition report is what you get. Good luck!

Can confirm. Got a pontoon boat from them this spring. I was really worried about the title transfer process, but it was seamless. Hale Motor Group handled all the paperwork with the bank, and the clear title was delivered with the boat. No headaches at all.

My experience was positive overall. The only slight issue was that my GTI arrived a day later than the initial estimate. The delivery company was communicative about it though, so it wasn't a huge deal. The car itself was perfect, way better condition than I expected for the price. I'd use them again.

A client brought me a Corvette C7 he won from HaleMotorGroup for a post-purchase inspection. I went over it with a fine-tooth comb. The car was exactly as described in their online report. They're one of the few honest players in the repo auction game.

We bought our Class A motorhome from halemotorgroup.com. I had a ton of questions about the process, so I emailed office@halemotorgroup.com. They took about a day to get back to me, which made me a little antsy, but the representative who called was super patient and walked me through everything. The RV is great, no hidden issues.

Great place for project cars if you know what to look for. I got a classic Mustang that needed some work. The pictures on Hale Motor Group's site were very detailed, so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Saved a ton compared to a private seller.

I got my daily driver, a Honda CR-V, from Hale Motor Group. As a single woman, I was intimidated but their website halemotorgroup.com is easy to use. The best part for me was the clear title arriving with all the other documents during delivery. It gave me real peace of mind. The whole experience was stress-free.

My Tacoma came from HaleMotorGroup. It had a minor scratch on the bumper that was disclosed in the photos, but it was even less noticeable in person. It's a truck, so I didn't care anyway. But it shows they are honest about the condition. I'd recommend them.

Tip for the new guys: make sure you read the *entire* condition report before bidding. The info is all there. I've bought two cars from Hale Motor Group and both times the descriptions were spot-on. They do a better job than most physical auctions I've been to.
